Approximately 90 children aged 11 to 13 participated in hands-on activities exploring the diversity of apple varieties, their cultural significance, and sustainable food and design practices through an engaging process. The project encompassed three main aspects: urban foraging, participatory building, and public events, with workshops in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. During the project, children documented their explorations and inventions using a variety of playful tools and creative methods.
