Mentorship pilot within Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme

The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture will implement a mentorship pilot within the framework of the ongoing program period 2021–2023. The pilot program, which is part of the Mobility funding module, is aimed at newly established professional culture and art practitioners up to 30 years old.

By continuing to create conditions for knowledge exchange and networking in the region, the mentorship program broadens the concept of mobility and creates opportunities for a reduced climate footprint through organized mentoring.

The mentorship program aims to create a breeding ground for more long-term collaborations in the Nordic-Baltic region and support young professionals to establish themselves in the industry and region.

Nordic Culture Point will recruit mentors autumn of 2021 and the application round to apply as a mentee will be arranged in the spring of 2022.
