For the last four years, Jesper has worked as a senior advisor in the cultural team at the Secretariat to the Nordic Council of Ministers, from where he is seconded to Nordic Culture Point until a new director is appointed.
Jesper joined Nordic cultural co-operation from the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces where, among other things, he led development work within the Danish State Art Fund and the many support programmes administered by the Agency for Culture and Palaces. He holds a master’s degree in music, film, and media studies.
