Nordjobb 40!

""

The year 2025 marks a special milestone for Nordjobb: the programme celebrates its 40th anniversary. Since 1985, Nordjobb has arranged over 30,000 seasonal jobs across the Nordic region. This is an important achievement and a testament to the significant impact that Nordic cooperation can have on young people’s opportunities and mobility.

In honour of this anniversary, a photo exhibition has been curated at the Nordic Culture Point, which will be open to the public during regular opening hours until 6 November.

To celebrate both the opening of the exhibition and Nordjobb’s anniversary year, we are pleased to invite you to a festive gathering on Wednesday, 8 October 2025.

The celebration will consist of two parts. The afternoon programme begins with three panel discussions on topical themes, followed by a short break. Afterward, we continue with a festive program including speeches, a toast, and music. Guests are also welcome to visit the photo exhibition throughout the day.

The event will be held mainly in Swedish and English.

The exhibition and celebration will take place at: Nordic Culture Point, Kaisaniemenkatu 9, 00100 Helsinki.

We kindly ask you to register for the evening program starting at 15:00 in order to arrange catering and minimize waste. Participation in the panel discussions does not require registration.
