‘WITH CARE’ is a residency program for Ukrainian artists at MARC focused on performance. Their practices span performances, workshops, documentary filmmaking, immersive live choreographic installations, and visual art with a strong connection to performance.

This project enables Artists at Risk (AR) to host four 2-3-month residencies of Ukrainian art professionals and their dependents at the AR-Finland Network in 2026–27. Artists applying to AR's Ukraine Public Call are selected according to highest risk (occupied/heavily attacked regions), with priority given to applicants with children and those affected by war-related trauma. AR provides a safe environment for rest and respite, networking, and the continuation of their artistic practice.

As well as residencies, career building events and Artist Talks and exhibitions are organized to facilitate artists’ inclusion in the Finnish arts scene and develop artists support networks.
