The Baltic Contemporary Opera Network is a joint initiative led by partners from Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia. Its overarching goal is to facilitate cultural exchange, the sharing of best practices, and the development of collaborative ventures within the realm of contemporary opera. This genre is an outstanding cultural phenomenon that represents the Baltics on the international stage. The network's focus lies in fostering cooperation among independent creators and producers within the region.

In the face of the war and unstable political situation, Baltic Dance Network (Network) aims to create a safe space for Baltic contemporary dance artists to connect and analyse their shared past, explore Baltic dance identity, as well as understand each Baltic country's context and uniqueness. We aim to recognize and express historical legacies, enhancing confidence in the international dance field, and empowering artists to reflect current political or other challenges through their art.

The network connects contemporary art and culture magazine publishers from Baltic and Nordic countries. It aims to continue and establish new working relationship between the publishers to better disseminate artistic creation and critical writing in the region, share knowledge and experience about working practices in order to tackle challenges of cultural publishing and look for solutions together. Strengthen the inter-regional creative vision for arts and culture, support emerging voices.

The Independent Community Radio Network (ICRN) connects like-minded radios in the Baltic-Nordic region, and neighbouring cities, for joint networking trips and knowledge building activities with the shared goal of advocating for and establishing more sustainable futures for our field. We share a community focus and common values of creative freedom, independence and strengthening cross-border relationships to encourage a non-competitive environment for the sharing of culture, locally and online.

Baltic Women in Film Mentorship is a network established in 2021 with its goal is to encourage the professional development of women in all areas of the audiovisual sector in the Baltic countries. Through mentorship activities, the network seeks both to pay attention to gender equality and to increase the exchange of best practice, knowledge, contacts and interest in Baltic film culture.

This project seeks to formalise and boost cooperation between central institutions and actors in the field of contemporary art music of the Baltic States and develop a strong international cooperation and events on diverse levels and contexts. Baltic Contemporary Music Network is striving to consolidate and focus coordinated activities towards tuned development of contemporary art music events between partners in the Nordic/Baltic region.

The main objective of the network is to set up a regular exchange between literary organizations of the three Baltic countries, in order to strengthen mutual cooperation within the Baltic region in the field of literature, fostering interest about each others country’s literature, encouraging the exchange and mobility of the staff and authors; fostering translations, education of new translators, sharing experience on literary representation of authors, management, and issues of cultural policy.

The network-project aims to transfer Design Thinking toolkit to Nordic and Baltic public libraries through workshops and to build a network of design thinkers in libraries and other cultural institutions across the Nordic/Baltic countries. The goal of the network is to learn from each other, develop contacts and exchange knowledge and experiences. This project will add a Nordic approach to the design thinking-toolkit.
