Critique in the Nordic Region – where are we headed?

In a myriad of articles, clickbait, as well as feeds and news, it can be difficult to find your way through to grounded critique.

Through which routes do we reach critique today and tomorrow, locally and globally? How do those in the culture sector and critics themselves work to make critique shine as brightly as possible? And in what direction is critique in the Nordic Region really headed?

To participate in person on site, please register here no later than 10 September at 12:00: https://forms.gle/fdZCjonw6oTyjveM7

The entire programme will be streamed on this page and on the Nordic Culture Point and Kritikbyrån Facebook pages.

During the second part of the seminar series Reaching Out, To and In organised by the Swedish Kritiklabbet, the Norwegian Tekstallmenningen, and the Finnish-Swedish Kritikbyrån, we focus on critique and how it works in the contemporary public sphere. The Nordic seminar series explores how texts and conversations about art reach their readers nowadays. The programme is funded by the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture. You can listen to the first part of the series here: https://anchor.fm/tekstallianse/episodes/N-ut–n-fram–n-inn-Hvordan-finne-framtidens-lesere-e130j9u/a-a5tk0tj

Reaching Out, To and In is a Nordic network run by Kritiklabbet (Sweden), Kritikbyrån (Finland), and Tekstallmenningen (Norway) with funding from the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture and a further grant from the Norwegian-Finnish culture fund.
