The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture invites interested candidates to apply to become a mentor in a pilot project. The preselected mentors will be presented online, and the mentee will indicate the name of the mentor who they wish to be matched with in the application scheme. We aim to find a balanced group of mentors in terms of representation from various professional backgrounds, fields and areas of arts and culture, and from all the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The mentorship program will result in a six-month mentorship from October 2022 to May 2023.

Who can be a mentor?

Mentors are professionals within arts and culture and must have at least five years of experience from their area of expertise, from an organisation in the cultural or creative sector, or from managing their own innovative company.

It is an advantage if the mentor has already participated in other mentoring programmes or mentored or provided training for at least one company, individual, or project in the cultural, creative, or other sector in the past five years (please state in the CV the names of organisations or companies, or other demonstrable role and how the mentoring process contributed to the success of the project).

Mentors must have specific mentoring and training skills, be skilled communicators and managers within their own field (please state in the CV the names of organisations or companies, or other demonstrable mentoring or training).

Mentors must have experience in managing companies, individuals, or projects at an international level.

Please note that the language of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture is English.

Mentors will be compensated with daily allowances and per diem. Travels will also be paid.
