Respect for diversity

We respect personal boundaries – physical, emotional, and social.
Inclusive communication
We use respectful language and make space for different voices, cultures, and levels of language proficiency.
Shared responsibility for the space
We all contribute to creating a safe environment, take responsibility for our actions, and speak up when necessary.
Zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment
No form of discrimination or harassment is accepted.
Courage to grow
A safer environment is also one in which we can feel safe enough to step outside our comfort zones from time to time.

If you feel unsafe, please contact a member of staff. The staff will respond in accordance with Nordic Culture Point’s procedures, while respecting the privacy of the person affected.
Anyone responsible for serious or repeated breaches of these principles may be asked to leave the space.
